My first meeting with Anthony Phelps was amazing. He went over the short falls of my current policy. He actually recommend for me to keep my current policy but I decided to go with him anyway. 3 months later I had a massive claim and Anthony advised me every step of the way. He is far more knowledgeable and help than any insurance agent I have had in the past. I have continued to remain with Anthony and will do so unless I decided to give up my day job and go into insurance. Thank you Anthony.

We decided to use American National because of their outstanding customer service reviews, and have had no issues with the company itself, However our local agent, Anthony Phelps simply does not make the standard. You will find that he can save you money up front, but what you really need to pay close attention to is the coverage you are getting. We have found that we can literally get twice the coverage for the same money almost everywhere we looked.
So, we notified our local agent that we were cancelling our policies. Our local agent assured us that he would handle everything. Two weeks later, American National continued to debit our premiums from our bank account. I called the local agent to find out why they were continuing to take funds from our account, and Anthony Phelps never called me back. He called my wife claiming he was not aware of American Nationals policies on cancellations. I then reached out to the American National Customer Service to find out that our local agent never cancelled our policies at all. In 5 minutes I had the automatic payments stopped, and was told the funds would be returned to us within three weeks. Its been 20 days since that cancellation and still have not been refunded the money. Very poor customer service on the local level, and nearly impossible to get in touch with. I would not recommend doing business with Anthony Phelps's Office.

I have found Anthony to be extremely helpful in my insurance needs. I just moved to the area back in April and Anthony has helped me out very much. I have made a lot of policy changes in the short time and he has made it clear ever time I made a change what the process is and what takes place. It is frustrating that the company itself takes so long to process a change 2 weeks but Anthony has made that clear each time I made a change. I highly recommend this agency and they are far more superior than my last insurance agent and company.

Anthony and his team are great. I have been a client since 2016. They are always helpful quick to get back to me and always willing to meet me. I also like how they call after 5 to accommodate my work schedule. The home product is nice with the built in home warranty for my appliances.

The Agent Anthony Phelps is such a great insurance guy, he has me now getting a lot of my premiums back that normally I never saw that money again. Anthony is not only a funny guy, he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience, he does all insurance i think but specializing in farms and ranches. Call him asap i just got 25% of my premiums over the last 2 years in time to buy ALL my Xmas gifts

Anthony Phelps has been very helpful is providing us insurance coverage. In addition to auto and homeowner coverage, he sold me a policy that converted half of my 401K into a protected annuity that could not allow me to lose half of my life savings, should the market crash, which has been worry in my retirement. He does not appear to just want to sell you something to get a commission - he wants to sell you the right thing. Also, he took me to Top Golf -- the new golf attraction in Rogers -- and I beat him!!!!!
