I’ve been working with them since I moved states and had to come off of my parent’s insurance plan. Everyone I’ve spoken to and worked with from this place has been nothing but professional, kind, and courteous. I have to leave voicemails about 50% of the time, but I don’t worry about it because they always call me back, same day or early the next day. Jackie in particular has been really helpful, and is always patient with my questions. I have moved around a lot in the past few years and working with them has made dealing with insurance one of the least stressful items on my todo list. Thank you guys!

I visited the office 07/22/2024 for a year renewal and was treated very disrespectfully! I has been with this office for three years and never had any complain but I noticed they changed the staff and looks like everything changed too!
No talk, no options, a girl came out to the front door and said... "pay or get out of here"... THAT'S HOW YOU TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!... SURE NOT... Good bye Pethel Insurance Group!

Rudest bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I called in and was treated like dirt and the way they talk to each other and on phones also abhors me.
The woman has a major attitude problem. Her name was Renee very condescending and I see other people’s reviews and I’m not the only one to have a problem with her. She needs to retire and go work another line of business cause that woman is so cold ain’t no one gonna want to get business from her, I went and got quoted with State Farm and they made me feel like family.

I have been a client of the Pethel Insurance agency since 2017, and I loved it. They are very professional and knowledgeable of different providers and policy types, supportive and responsive, and always put you interest and saving first than theirs. I had first one car insurance with them, now 2 cars, my house, etc. I highly recommend this group and I think clients will be in good hand if with them
