Working with Rance was a dream come true. We looked at over 20 houses and his commitment never wavered. He was always so prompt to respond and ensure that whatever we needed was taken care of as efficiently and timely as possible. I would recommend him again and again. The epitome of professionalism. Not only did he handle all the things you would expect from a realtor, he was also able to direct us to a wonderful mortgage broker when ours fell through. He assisted in finding quotes for repairs and so much more. We couldn’t have found our forever home without him. He made it easier than we could have ever thought possible.

We’ve had a wonderful experience! Rance and his team did an amazing job with helping us sell our home. He brought in a highly-skilled photographer, helped with managing improvements and went above and beyond with marketing and finding potential buyers.

He also helped to find us a rental while we looked for new property and got us into a place that was perfect for our family.

Now on the other end, he has helped us find our dream property and we are in escrow.

Our realtor scheduled a viewing for one of their listed homes. When we arrived for our scheduled time the seller's answered the door and asked if the realtor had not called to let us know our appointment was canceled. Our realtor then contacted the Peter Boysen realtor Beth. No answer. After a few minutes she sent a text saying the home had received multiple offers and they accepted one this day. This was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time to not even have he curtesy to send a text, email, or call to cancel the viewing. A waste of our time.

Rented a property through them for 12 years. Neither them nor the owner of the property were ever interested in getting any of the necessary repairs
fixed throughout the entire time of living there. At one point some repairs were a hazard and still were not promptly tended to. Clearly their tenants' well-being and living conditions are of no interest to them.

Applied for a place. We where homeless and they heard are story. Applied for the place. But they had us waiting for almost a month. And every other day they said they would call us back. Or that they said there reviewing it right now. Call you back. They nevered called us back. Over 10 times They said.....not once did they call us back. Now it's been a month and where almost out of money. Now we have to leave the state with little money. Instead of leaving when we had more. But we held out. Hopeing.....praying....they would call us. Say yes.....or if it came to be....say no. But instead we got neither. And we had to keep spending money in the hotel. Hopeing they would give us a answer. Now it's too late. Now we have to take What little money we have and leave. Good luck getting A answer out of these people.

Worst experience ever. Realtor Erin Hopps-Stacher is a complete liar. Don’t use her as a realtor. She only cares about her incentives and not about helping her clients.

They'll tell you that they will call you back.....but they never will. They will have you wait....and wait......and wait. Until it's too late and your family is screwed. Put all are eggs in this basket.......and in the end I was left waiting......
