This is a horrendous agent who offers no help, and proceeds to only give terrible comments towards customers.

So let’s start off with this: when we first got our policy at the beginning of last year in January, I unfortunately had purchased a lemon of a vehicle not knowing in April and it proceeded to end up needing to be removed from our policy. I called in April to have this vehicle removed and when I was able to talk to someone I was given the information about it’ll be submitted for review to be removed. I proceeded to call this agents office again in May and again in June and again in July, always leaving messages and voicemails, submitting emails. I ended up making over payments on this policy for several months. After I had called and left messages for four months to have this resolved and removed from our policy I still was told it’s under review. I called in October to figure out why we haven’t received any information regarding this issue, I was not able to get an answer from anyone and I left messages and I emailed. Fast forwarding to January of 2024, I finally made another attempt at calling this office and I was finally able to get ahold of Penny Hubble and this is was now in January 2024, I was told by this agent that “mail was sent out”. This mail that was supposedly sent out was regarding the cancellation of my policy and that was back in October. So, come to find out I was without car insurance for four months. The only applicable reason for cancelling our policy was because we used our roadside assistance to much, to further explain this was only three times it was used. Penny Hubble then proceeded to tell me “it’s not their fault we don’t have working vehicles.” And proceeded to hang up on me. Another reason for terminating our policy is because of my husband’s record and a little accident bumper to bumper scratch in a parking lot. Mind you my driving record is in good terms, never had a vehicle violation, accidents. But let’s go ahead and not try for communication or anything and just cancel their policy. Without knowing my policy was cancelled in October, for four months, is extremely dangerous and negligent on their part. I never received mail, or a voicemail or even an email. I have two young children and thank goodness my self or my husband did not get into a car accident. This is something that is not uncommon unfortunately because 3 months ago there was another issue regarding someone else and their policy was never changed or anything but they still accepted payment and they had no coverage either without notice.

I would stay away from this agent. They never returned phone calls or emails. They never answered any questions but only answered with nasty and aggressive comments.

But regardless of the reason for wanting to have this vehicle taken off of our policy they failed to do so for four months, and proceeded to still accept payment from us for four months. And to proceed to then cancel our policy without notice three months later and when we try to call to gain any information I am told it’s not their problem and it’s not their fault we don’t have working vehicles. Under these conditions they managed to disregard our safety as customers and their family members.

After my insurance company was sold, I was in need of a new one. I compared 6 different companies and settled on Penny Hubble with State Farm. Her team goes above and beyond with their service and their price can't be beat. I got my auto and home insured with Penny at SF. Thank you Penny, Gene and Corey!

Do the real easy deal. CALL them.. They wont Answer the phone. That alone will show you Penny Hubble after 20 year forgets where she came from and wont care about you. She took my money and I have no coverage on my machines.. Now transferred all my accounts to Dennis Burk in Prescott. Now she is mad I left her and wont talk to the other agent...The worst State Farm Agent in Northern AZ.

The service here is beyond terrible. We have left 4 messages for a call back and as of this notice, still no return call. Avoid this location at all costs. Better to go into Prescott and use that location. They will treat you right.

Penny’s office is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and always eager to help anyone out with their problems. It’s always a very cheerful place to do your business in. And I know many more people that feel the same way we do. It doesn’t get any better than Penny Hubble at State Farm! She Alain goes the extra mile for her customers ❤️

I needed road side assistance and when I called the number on my card I could not talk to a live person-wanted me to set up an app through text messaging to get service. I called Penny's office and they were wonderful-they took care of placing the call and had a tow truck out to me within a half hour. Now this is what I call customer service. Thank you team-you understood my frustration and found a solution.

I had State Farm for 40 years in California and I had a great agent with a great company. Then I moved to Arizona and got Penny Hubble for an agent. I got the wrong policy when it renewed after the first year. When I emailed on Nov 5, 2015 to get a quote for flood insurance her response "I will try to look at it this afternoon". I said thanks that any time in the next few days would be great. When I had no response by Nov 23, 2015 I decided Penny Hubble is not who I wanted to trust with my HO policy or any other insurance. My last request was to please adknowledge my email to cancel my policy. She did not acknowledge or reply. I am sure State Farm is still a great company, just be sure you do a good check on the agent. Wish I could have given her 0 stars as that is the service I received
