I was in this morning to have some documents notarized, witnessed and copied. I feel extremely fortunate to have been assisted by Member Services Rep, Alysha. She was most courteous, very professional, and extremely patient! There was a lot of paperwork involved and l so appreciate her help with this matter!!! She also managed to assist my daughter, who was with me, in replacing a card that needed changing. Alysha is, indeed, an outstanding representative of your business!

Nigel is AMAZING! He is like sunshine in a cup. It’s weird to say I had a good time at the bank today, but his positive energy is contagious and he is so funny.

I DO NOT, appreciate the fact that I have to get new cards and be inconvenienced with fixing my auto payments, just to match the horrible, new bank colors. I do not care about the fact of the colors really, even though they are awful, I shouldn’t need to get new credit and debit cards till they expire.

Truly the worst banking experience I've ever had the misfortune to have. No one picks up, the wait times are consistently (been with them 4 years) TERRIBLE, and sometimes they don't even bother to verify you. Lobbies were closed forever during covid, and their ATMs don't even work half the time. Absolutely thrilled to be closing my account soon.
