I'm very disappointed into this company employee that I spoke with on this morning of today.she was very ruled unhelpful and not a very good listener and very ad with understanding my rights as a citizen of USA.I will be informing people not to come to this company they started out great then end up leaving you without car insurance just to leave u in a big debt.i Bernice jones called secu with Robert jones to help him build his credit so he got approved for a car he started with this insurance about 6 months now.im trying to help him take care of our kids that's lives with him to buy a home for them we lives in two different counties for over 4 years now never had a problem about us being separated into today talking to this lady on the phone demanded mean to be added to his insurance for me to be end up have to be responsible for his bills is not why I wanted to sign up for we just called to make a payment and get reinstated that's it and to add me on his account so I can call to finish helping him out so the insurance will not get relapsed again I just really want the high up to know what has went on with this this customer and to let them know that employee was very rude and disrespectful and unhelpful and I will not return to this company again if she will be working there I will be investigating more of what her name was to make sure that I or my family do any business with her again.

Service was really good with Corey was there. He has left, and so has the service. Someone called me from this agency today, and literally could not have been more rude. I have several policies here, but can't fathom that I will keep them here with the new customer service.
