The Peek Team is an amazing real estate family business! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Karen Peek! She has been our real estate agent for the purchase of our new home over the course of 2 years. She is on top of everything, and I mean every detail of every aspect of our purchase, including coordinating with the sale of our old home and all agencies involved (loan officers, escrow offices, realtors, home owners insurance companies, and contractors). Karen was available all day, every day to help expedite the process and to answer every question we had. She even came by our new home with a goody basket of gifts that she purchased locally from our “new” town! I can’t say enough great things about Karen Peek and the Peek Team!!! Thanks again Karen!

What a pleasure to do business with, seriously 5-stars! I had the pleasure of working with The Peek Team recently (Oct2024), and they are top notch. I was selling my rental property in Atascadero, while living out of state, They were super responsive, worked directly with my tenants throughout the whole process, and made the whole project seamless. I only came to town to gather a few items from the property towards the end of escrow, everything else was handled for me remotely. From the listing process, to the open houses, even recommending when to list around the Labor Day weekend to get the most traction, The Peek Team was on their game. Top-Notch. Oh, and I got my asking price! If I had another property to sell, or if I am ever looking at purchasing in the area again, they WILL be my first phone call! First of all this review is much too late but I wanted to share our awesome experience with Peek Realty. As everybody knows this is not the best time to buy a home and we were having a hard time finding something in our price range. Seth was amazing. Always looking out for a house for us.
