Pathetic. Every office and cube was empty. Kind of dumpy. No staff, no reception, stuff everywhere. I wanted to open an investment account but the owner said I should buy life insurance to save money. He kept saying its a better idea. Then he said I have to pay a commission. Its more like just for insurance. I think there are better places to get help. I went to Schwab office in Northbrook and am delighted.

David is quite the advisor! I was referred by a “friend” to help INVEST my money for retirement. David was adamant on his whole life policy with “proven numbers”. I will admit I was naive and lacked knowledge at the time and trusted he had my best interest in mind. This was my hard lesson and I only blame myself.
Fast forward to now and I ask good ole Davey to lower my premium in order to shift MY money in a more lucrative investment. This is what this highly trained financial advisor replied with:

“Corrie that is a big mistake and I am not going to be a part of it. Your are following the direction of someone who only understands one side of personal finance…investing.

Let him take care of whatever he is misdirecting toward.
I am not going to be a part of this malpractice.

Am I dealing with a toddler? I already have two girls and I don’t have time for one more... especially if I’m paying! I’ll be leaving that complaint with FINRA and the BBB. Hopefully I’ll save someone from his “malpractice”.
