I been with this office for over 3 years When you come in to this office they will take care of you and make sure you’re all covered. Thank you to all the staff for helping me get insured and always there to answer my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this place to all tlc drivers.

Worst brokerage never had a good experience with them. Super rude doesn’t know how to run the business. One star is enough for them. I wish they give me the option for zero star. I would do that. Mr. Hayat is very rude ignorant
person doesn’t know his job he think he’s the president of United States. Stay away from this place it’s just waste of time you giving them money and business don’t let them treat you like a slaves .

Pearland (Hereford)should officially close this location since everything is online. They will save money on rent, payroll and utilities. Customer service is horrible from past 3 years. You keep calling the office they don’t pick up phones. If you reach out a rep by email the response is delayed.

Guys, I don’t recommend you to do business with them, they know their job however, they are really irresponsible and don’t answer to the phone I have been trying to speak with them for about 16 days now nobody is answering or sometimes they said agent (Kanika) will call you by 7 pm today. Never keep their words. By the way they don’t have auto pay option so even they never talk about the payment. Long story short Don’t suggest you guys to do a business with Pearland Brokerage!!!

Staff is the best! They are professional, courteous, and friendly!

Edit: I wrote this review 5 years ago the quality of service has taken a serious decline since then….they’ve become rude actually…returning phone calls is a promise that is never kept and you got to constantly hound (repeatedly calling)them for any info or issues you may have

Honestly, they have a lot to deal with, especially me but if anyone can deal with me, they deserve a 5 star.
