Couldn't be happier. I met Brian Hood after receiving a postcard promoting an apartment he had for sale. I was dubious about replying to a postcard, but after speaking with Brian, I could tell I was in the hands of a knowledgeable, genuine and savvy real estate pro. We met at the property (14 unit apartment building), I liked it, and purchased it. I've now owned it for a month, and everything Brian told me about condition, tenants, and neighborhood turned out to be true (how refreshing is that!). I've been acquiring real estate for 12 years as an investor, and he's at the top of my list of best agents.
