In year 2020 our state farm insurance agent for more then 40 years suggested to us to go to Paul Sheldon office in Bakersfield CA to apply for the Medicare supplement insurance and the prescription insurance. My wife and I we called Paul Sheldon office to setup an appointment, Paul staff's they were polite and they were more then happy to help us, so they made an appointment for us to meet with Paul Sheldon the second day, and it was the best meeting ever with Paul, he explained to us everything step by step and he didn't mind about the time it took to answer all of our questions. Since that time every time we call for any concerns they assure us with the right answer. In the middle of November 2024 we called them regarding the prescription insurance to change it to different and cheaper insurance for my wife. They submit application for my wife and got it changed to different and better/ cheeper prescription insurance with no time. Then they asked us to go to their office to sign the form, when we got there I asked if I can change mine also, they said no problem we can take care of it right away and they did. They saved us $220.00 a month and they never changed us for anything from the time we entered their office in 2020 until 2024

I was referred to this office by friends and relatives since my Medicare is starting soon. The staff was very nice but when Paul Sheldon saw how minimal my income was he became uninterested with helping me and referred me to other sources. It’s very apparent he works with those who have money and can make him money.

I’ve heard Paul Sheldon’s radio commercials for years, they are produced and done well, they really help you understand that Paul and his staff are as nice as portrayed.
Paul and his staff know their Medicare, supplements, the in’s and outs. They are never pushy and give excellent advice.
