Zero stars! Ask them what a Roth IRA Conversion is. Their mistake ( and resulting ego and hubris) cost me around $5k over two years. This is the service I get after spending over $2K a year for tax returns? Paul’s like a kid that plugs his ears and refuses to “address the issue any further,” while hiding in his office and refusing to take a meeting. I asked another professional to amend my return to correct their mistake and they refused, stating they weren’t comfortable with the risk profile. What did these people get me into?

I was referred to Paul and it had taken over 2 months to get the appointment made, which was not the major problem. It was set to be made as a phone appointment as Paul had moved offices. We finally get an appointment booked, and sent all of the tax documents as requested, I called twice on the day of the appointment and no response. I was confused as to why I was getting no response and I called the office number to be told, “My phone call won’t be answered and Paul wanted me to tell you to find someone locally.”

The extreme lack of professionalism, respect and consideration for one’s time is truly upsetting and i would not recommend anyone else wasting their time, as well.

After 8 years of service I have not 1 complaint. They are always professional, reliable and prompt with response to any and all of my many questions through the years. They also seem to have more knowledge and experience than any other company I have dealt with. They charge a fair price comparable to any large commercial company. I absolutely recommend them.

After paying 1200.00 to have my taxes done no one would come out of their office to answer a simple question I had, demanding I see an attorney to explain what estate tax is. Other than the friendly receptionist the customer service was terrible. I do not recommend this business. Do yourself a favor and go to H&R Block. In this situation don't shop local. Very disappointed customer.

Horrible I scheduled an appointment and then called told the lady I was gonna be 10 minutes behind they told me to come on I get there and oh he won't accept you cause you were a few minutes behind oh man I reschedule no like HUH your a tax place that is your job DONT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE str8 trash that's why rating so low n lady was super rude no stars
