I have known Paul for many years and have employed the services of both his painting company and of Paul himself as my real estate agent for the sales of my houses in Soquel and Santa Cruz.
Paul is very friendly and easy to work with. His honesty and integrity make it natural for him to be low-key yet professional; he doesn’t need to be “pushy” or “hard-sell” because he has the knowledge and confidence to treat everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy.
Selling property in Santa Cruz County can be a daunting at times, especially as a single woman selling for the first time. Paul was always patient and understanding. He was easy to communicate with and always took the extra time and care to explain options and procedures related to the sales. Paul is a great listener; he addressed any concerns I had and helped me keep things in perspective even when I was feeling overwhelmed.
One of Paul many assets is his experience as a licensed contractor. If you have questions about home structure or maintenance he can either answer your questions himself or find the answer from his many contacts in the local area. As a seller it was a real advantage to have a realtor with contracting experience; we were able to make the houses shine. Both my properties looked fabulous by the time they went on the market and I am sure this contributed greatly to the swift and uneventful sales.
Paul is very approachable and easy to talk with making our open houses very successful. He diligently followed up on all leads from the open houses and left no avenue unexplored with respect to finding potential buyers.
Overall, Paul is an incredible, hard-working agent who I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone buying or selling a property. You can’t put a price on his honesty and integrity. Period.

From the very beginning, Paul was professional, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Paul and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our home was in top condition for potential buyers. He had teams working on the house within two days of signing the contract. They painted areas that needed a fresh coat and made minor repairs. They even brought the sewer cleanout up to the current city code, rebuilt the sidewalk, washed windows, and removed old debris from our garage. A gardener also came to spruce up the backyard.

I can’t begin to explain how wonderful it was to work with Paul. He helped my family sell our westside Santa Cruz home and surpassed our expectations. Beyond being a competent realtor and deep knowledge bank of the area, he wasn’t afraid to use some elbow grease and was more than happy to do whatever it took to get our house ready for sale. He even did some optional repairs on his own and spent ample time on site ensuring that staging looked good and that the house was clean. Paul was a fantastic communicator- he was incredibly responsive via both email and phone. He gave updates consistently, but didn’t bother you with trivial matters. Don’t let his calm, kind, very chill persona fool you; he works extremely hard, doesn’t cut corners and is very organized. At the beginning of our process, he even came to a meeting with a handwritten months-long timeline of the process we’d be going through together. When we had our house photographed and he wasn’t fully satisfied with the result, he initiated and facilitated a re-shoot. Paul clearly has a passion for his work and has a very positive mindset. While he was the professional, he remained genuinely open-minded to suggestions and ideas from us.
