I feel so lucky to have Paul Burrows as my real estate agent!! He took great care of me from the start—patiently driving me around all over Santa Cruz county, introducing me to different areas and explaining the pros and cons. He helped guide me in making good choices about houses (tactfully pointing out when I was being more hopeful than realistic about the possibilities of a “fixer”, for example, and saving me from making a big mistake!) When we found the right house, he did an outstanding job of representing me—making sure I got a great value for a house I now live in and love! The whole process was so much less frustrating than it might have been (home-buying can be exasperating, especially in such a crazy market) because of Paul’s excellent guidance.
