Tanya Patterson is a delight to work with! Her positive energy makes the nerve-wrecking process of renting out a commercial space so much easier. Our nonprofit agency was fortunate to select her realty business, Patterson Investments, to assist us to rent part of our building. She was able to envision the property in its best light, although it was a little “worn” from its recent use for storage. Plus, she had the talent to help us prepare the property for lease without doing work that would not be important to prospective tenants. Her accurate assessment of what the property was worth on the market was especially appreciated, as it had not been rented for several years. Tanya has great people instincts and practices transparent and honest communication, which saves a lot of time. She is also a skilled negotiator.
