If I could give a negative star I would. Patrickwould not fix the mistake their company made. I am a disabled double below the knee amputee. I live on a very small budget. They decided to add someone to my policy without my permission. Charging me 385.00 dollars for someone who has not lived in my house hold in a year. This has effected me physically and mentally. I have no money to pay my other bills, or get back in forth to the Doctors office. I am in a financial crisis and they refused to help. They need all this paper work stating the person doesn't live here. I never agreed to adding anyone nor did they offer me the option of excluding the person. I am devastated. Don't go here.
