Thank you for your service. A special thank you to Officer Keith who went above and beyond on a long distance tow from Sanford NC to Raleigh NC. Holiday weekend and AAA could not provide service for 3 hours. You got to me in about 30 minutes. They kept me safe and handled my vehicle with care. This place is a ripoff literally! Charging people $200 to get their bookbag for school out of the car! Literally a horrible business a child who’s sister was injured in a car wreck came to get belongings (bookbag, few other belongings) and the lady at the front desk is trying to charge her 200 to get her belongings and she is trying to pay but they claim don’t take cards! Let’s be real here people you don’t accept credit cards bill and you know it!!! Def wouldn’t recommend anyone come here

I just had these guys tow my Mustang and they did an awesome job! It was a tricky tow and Godfrey did it with ease. He was very knowledgeable and he maneuvered that truck like a pro. When I called in Anita was awesome and super helpful! I hope the company knows how good it's employees are! These guys are A+++!

If I could give 10 stars I would. My car broke down on highway 1 just outside of Sanford. I needed immediate assistance late evening on a Saturday night. Paradise towing was quick to answer the phone (very polite and empathetic to my needs over the phone), gave an up front quote on price and Keith was there I think in less than the 30 minutes (as promised). Keith was not only fast, efficient, and high quality in making sure my car was towed properly to not cause further damage, but extremely kind and empathetic to my needs. I hope I will not need a tow service again any time soon, but if I do-Paradise Towing will be the only company I call.

Dirty business they throw in hidden fees. It’s in such a small town but, I would definitely try to find someone else before considering them

We had a company big truck have a busted hose and was sitting on the side of US 1. We called Paradise Towing and the young guy was there within 30 minutes. He was able to get it repaired for a temporary fix so we were able to get it off the side of the highway to the shop.
