This company does not update their listings and makes you call around to reach a realtor. My husband and I were looking at house on Zillow for over two weeks trying to get in contact with the person in charge of a property to see it. But no matter how many emails and messages we left we didn't get any answers until we called and were super angry over the phone and found out they used other services to list their houses so they could not update their listings. Horrible company with horrible guest service. I would highly recommend going else where because we wasted over two weeks trying to deal with this company.

I recently applied for a home equity line of credit on my home and Ahmed Washington from Paradise realtors completed the appraisal. The appraisal was grossly inaccurate. The appraisal was between 40,000 and 60,000 below the value of my home. Mr. Washington compared my home to a home on Santa Fe Trail which is a lower income street probably the only one in our city. Another comparison was to a home that was tore down and used only for land. There was a whole subdivision of homes very similar in size to mine that was completely ignored. This company does not belong working in Mount Juliet.

Today I contacted Iman Yosseff and expressed interest in obtaining a realtor for my family's search for a home in the Nashville area. I am a veteran and my finance is a military officer and will be retiring this year. We are planning to move to the Nashville area and are searching for a home. I reached out to Iman and explained to her that I found her company information on the Black Chamber of Commerce website. As a minority business owner, I used the Black Chamber of Commerce site to specifically support a minority based business so I was quite disappointed in my experience with Iman. I explained very briefly that we are searching for a home and we are looking for a realtor. Iman immediately told me she was not interested, I am not sure what, aside from my voice, could make her uninterested but I found this to be quite offensive. I provided zero details and was kind but was immediately declined business with zero explanation. As military service members and business owners we have never been declined business. It is your companies loss for sure but I wanted the owner and public to know how Iman Yosseff performs.
