Update 2-11 Anthony once again saved the day with an updated insurance policy! He got this new policy done for me in record time!! Thanks again Sir! Original review : Anthony was such a great help to me setting up my new homeowners insurance! He was very accessible, responsive, informative, friendly and fast! Monze Jerez was transparent and extremely helpful. She not only saved me money but took care of everything in a timely manner. I am more than happy with my decision to go with her. A much better experience than my previous insurance agent who I felt did not have my best Interest in mind. My policy coverage doubled and my premium price dropped in half.

1 star for friendliness but unfortunately that's all I got. Spoke with Isaac (very polite guy) who took my information and would give it to his "best friend" Anthony who handles personal auto insurance but waited and waited with no return email or call. I called again to try a different agent. Spoke with Monze (again very polite lady)
gave her the information she requested and it's been days and never heard back. I couldn't get a simple quote, so I gave up. Bummer.

Spoke with Anthony about getting a quote for home and auto. It's been over 3 weeks and I've yet to receive any information. Found a review from someone else with the same experience, so this appears to be an ongoing issue unfortunately.
