I'm in CA and Palm Beach Capital Corporation/John W. Townshend, PLLC is located hundreds of miles away in AR. I had never even heard of him or his company until he tried to charge my Visa card for unrendered/unauthorized services. I filed a fraud claim against him/his company and the bank refunded my money. Then he/his company tried to charge my credit card again for a SECOND time, but the bank blocked him. I called his phone number that's listed on my credit card statement and left him several voice messages asking him about the unauthorized charges, but he never returned any of my calls. Upon further investigation online, I found a webpage written by a law firm looking for more of his victims. The law firm's website says; "If you or someone you know lost money investing with Palm Beach Capital Corp., John Townshend or any investment funds that he sold, please call our law office. Our attorneys are investigating cases against these parties and want to talk to you." They also posted a downloadable court document that talks about John Townshend supposedly scamming people in their mid 80's who were in poor health and they say that he has two felony charges disclosed on his securities license. I can totally picture someone like that dealing in stolen credit card numbers! If John Townshend reads this review and has an explanation other than him being an evil scamming thief that I imagine he is, he should return my calls and explain the unauthorized charges he/his company made to my credit card?!?
