I always did my own taxes until last year when I had a different type of situation and didn't want to make any mistakes in filing. Kaitlin did an amazing job for me! Everyone in the office is kind and professional. Jimmy is a wonderful person who truly cares about his clients. I just got my taxes done there again last week and will be using them every year moving forward. Thank you Jimmy and Kaitlin!

I would not recommend doing your taxes with this company
Jim is not effective in answering any questions when I ask for specifics
Said he was going to file my taxes last week on (03/19) it is not April 1st
I asked him multiple times how much my tax return was, he didn’t answer me. Stated I owed $1500 back in taxes (COMPLETELY untrue)
I log into IRS.gov to track my refund and it says no takes have been filed.
He is extremely shady and I would no trust him.
Here are receipts of his vague responses and proof he never filed my taxes and lied about me owing money to the Government

Ps. I went through H&R Block owed no taxes was able to file so much more credits and deductions that he didn’t originally add and I’m getting a HUGE tax refund!
Go somewhere else and stay away from this company & Jim

I highly recommend PM Tax and Accounting! I have been working with Jim and his team for almost 20 years, and the service quality has always been exceptional. Use with caution. I decided to try PM this year based on a friend's recommendation and unfortunately have had nothing but issues. Initial visit went well, taxes were done in a timely manner, went to go pick them up and sign off, signed and then realized my info (name) was wrong. Had to drive back and re-sign. I filed a bit early this year since you typically get your refund back sooner if you're early. I then went to check on the status via the state recently and they advised there was no filing under my name. I called PM and the front desk answered, she looked me up and turns out they never filed my taxes! For 30 days after tax completion, they still hadn't filed and sent them in yet. I then asked for a refund or partial refund of the $180 I paid for their services, she said I would get a call back & they never called! This is $80 more than I've ever spent, communication was good, and they're local so I was fine with it but after all of these issues I don't see how it's worth $180. If I didn't catch this on my own, April 15th would have passed and I would have been in a rough situation. I understand mistakes happen but this is beyond unacceptable. I'm sure I'm the minority and most customers have a good experience, however, they did me wrong in every way possible and I didn't even get a "sorry" out of it. I truly hope they filed my information correctly as I feel my journey is not over yet.

Jimmy was so fast with getting my return done. His portal made it so easy to send in my documents. He was able to check over past returns and made amendments on things I missed while using turbo tax. I had a much bigger return than I expected when I looked into using turbo tax and doing it on my own. I will be a returning customer and I will be referring him to others.

Jimmy was the least professional and least helpful person I’ve ever worked with. Taxes came back with issues on them and he was no help. Wouldn’t return calls. Sent back completely unprofessional emails that didn’t answer any questions. Can’t stress enough how horrible he was.
