Denied a loan after years of faithfully paying my bills! 1.5 % above debt ratio. Never have ever felt so irrelevant!The Old Oxford credit union made me feel like family! Big corporations have no empathy!Terrible experience! I'm beyond words!

My father told me about this Credit Union over 15 years ago and I have been a member over 8 years and it was a great decision! I have gotten my Credit rating up because of great interest rates! The one in Oxford is my main home branch and the customer service is undeliverable!
