I applied a year ago. Paid an application fee and never received the chance to do a walk through. Was told they could not find my application but I have a bank statement showing I did pay. Right now they have three openings on 1300 old concord Rd in Salisbury NC. All three apts have three different rent rate.

These apts do not have a back door, that's a little off putting as well. Would not trust this company at all.

I rented from them for a year and my experience was pretty good overall. Process was simple, no hassle. Just sign lease, pay rent, live your life. My encounter with the leasing agents were pleasant. One was very nice and helpful. Another review mentioned a rude encounter and had I similar experience. Another agent appeared to notice and took over. Turned it into a positive experience.

I find this ironic but I went to see a home and afterwards the same morning called in to pay the application fee when the office opened and was told a specific time to call back. About a hour after the time they gave me to call back, I remembered to call which was still decent timing but i'm told the property has an approved application which I believe was a lie because you must request to see the property before putting in an application and there's no way someone saw the property that quick after me and submitted the application that fast. After reading reviews, I suspect they do this for fun and games. Also I was spoken to rudely.

I just want to brag on the maintenance worker, Julio that came today to install the dishwasher. He was very nice and honestly a great person. Very kind as well. Took care of everything that needed to be done pretaining to the dishwasher installation.

Found a place online and on Monday scheduled an appointment for today (Wednesday). While the woman was gracious about all my questions on the phone, we were not allowed to apply until we saw the place first. So after a 9 hr drive today from Ohio (she knew we were doing this) we saw the apartment and it was exactly what and where we wanted, we then excitedly took photos and measured the rooms. However, when I called to tell them we wanted it I was told someone else had already been APPROVED! It wouldn't have taken but a few moments to call or email me a headsup that someone had applied & I certainly should have received a call to cancel the appointment once they were approved. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

This company is very rude, I didn't personally live in one of their residents but my grandfather did. He just recently passed away and we as a family communicated very well with them. And the lady who answers the phone was rude to all of us and had a lack of compassion for the situation. So I call to try and speak to a manager on the issue just dealing with the employee and haven't even heard back from them. If this is their way of handling a situation the best way possible as the lady said I would hate to see their worst.

Best place in Concord! I’ve been with Overcash real estate for 2 years now and I have NEVER had any issues. The office staff, and management are always a pleasure to work with, Maintenance request are always done in a timely manner, and the community I stay in grounds are ALWAYS kept clean and maintained REGULARLY! If you are looking for a place to really call home in a community of peace check this place out!! They don’t miss!

I’ve had my fair share of bad rental companies, so it’s been a breath of fresh air to work with Overcash. The property I’m renting is beautiful, affordable, and safe. The home has been kept up with meticulously and continues to be as Overcash quickly tends to any repair concern I have, no matter how minor. They’re very responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. Recently, I’ve experienced some difficult life changes that have affected my leasing situation. Overcash has gone above and beyond to help me through this transition to ensure I could stay in the home I’ve come to love. They’ve patiently worked around all my scheduling conflicts and done everything they could to make things easier on me. I’m very appreciative of this rental group.
