The worst person ever. Anyone who tries to get a house on rent with this person Tonya Collins is doing the worst biggest mistake of their lives. She will try to look professional at first, than she will present you with the devil itself. Even if we have been the most regular tenants with my wife, without missing a single payment, noticing her 1 month before in the moment that we were leaving for buying a new house, she is still holding the deposit of 1800$ (higher than the rent we were paying) without any legal and logical reason together with Keith and Melinda Ardinger. Both these 3 persons have been playing around with us blaming one-another that they didn’t have our deposit, lieing continuously. They made us open a trial against them. We hope that the we will get our right, hoping in Dare County Court to be fair in their decision. They caused our parents, who came to visit us on vacation, health issues with the harassment and tension situation they created on purpose. Horrible people.
