I’ve been with this company a year and unfortunately, due to the owner selling the home we will not be renewing. But I must say this company has been one of the better companies I’ve rented from. As a matter of fact, I will put them at the very top.When it comes to maintenance repairs, they are very swift. They follow up and make sure that things are done correctly and professionally. I mean, they are very good in that area. Yvonne was my property manager, and she has always been very nice, very sweet. The maintenance manager, I can sense a bit of an attitude (for lack of better words)from her, but outside of that I have no complaints about this company. If they Would’ve had other vacant homes I would gladly rent. I’ll be moving out soon and we’re gonna get everything up to par Per our leasing agreement. Hopefully I won’t have any issues getting our deposit back. But they seem to be a pretty honest company so.. If Yvonne sees this, I just want to thank you For all of your help during our time with you all. I really do not have any complaints.

After reading the reviews with one stars and since it’s been 3 to 4 years. I decided to give this company a chance because everyone needs an opportunity to redeem themselves. Well, the reviews are not a lie. Please BEWARE of this realty company. I will post at a later date to what they have done to me. Veterans please beware!

I love Ourtown realty, Yvonne is as sweet as she can be!!! She helped us get into our home in no time, all while making the process easy, and one other thing she is very very Very patient when it comes to others. When something needs to be fixed, the staff at Ourtown realty are the absolute best!!!! They are always in time and in a timely manner!!!♥️♥️❤️❤️ the absolute best people to rent or buy from!!

Dont use this company...one of the employees and I cant say their name was renting my home. He is a property manager with this company. Thie individual destroyed my house and would not help fix it instead he disappeared. When I called this company to talk about the issue I got no help or response. Evej though it was their property manager that destroyed my home. Who would trust their home to a company that allows their employees to destroy people's homes then vanish with no retribution.....find a company where the employees are honest and know how to take care of other people things.

This is a fraud company. I reviewed a property on March 28 2018. Paid a deposit of $1200.00 on April 2, 2018, after I reviewed and got approved for the property. When reviewing the property I was told a domestic violence couple was in the home and that all repairs would be made to the property before my move in date (May 1st) I periodically checked in with the agent for repair updates and THERE WAS ALWAYS AN EXCUSE (owner not willing to pay a certain amount, couldn’t get water turned on to complete repairs because the company changed its name, contractor was fired, couldn’t ever get in contact with the owner due to his work hours, etc). I ASKED agent if it was possible that I move at the end of the month (under the impression that repairs are being made) he GLADLY said yes. The WEEK OF me signing my lease, repairs were just starting to be made. Remind you, I did a walk through with the agent (at his request) to make sure everything I seen fit to be repaired (one week after deposit was made). He ASSURED ME AGAIN REPAIRS WOULD BE MADE. The day before I was due to come in and sign my lease, the agent called to schedule an appointment for me to sign the LEASE AND THEN GO DO THE WALK THROUGH ON THE PROPERTY. I politely stated, we’ll do the walk through FIRST! Get to the PROPERTY, NO REPAIRS MADE EXCEPT FOR ONE!! The agent acted to be apologetic but at the same time was trying to scam. I requested a refund and had to find some where else to stay because my lease was up on my current property and had already been leased out as well. The company tried to say because I asked to move in 2 days earlier than I requested is the reason they couldn’t refund all my money. I informed the broker that HIS AGENT ASSURED ME It was ok to move in the last weekend of the month. I say all of this to say, they had from April 2nd to April 27th to cover ALL REPAIRS and nothing was done until April 23rd and it was ONE REPAIR. They are scams!! Do not rent from Our Town Realty! Scam! Take it from somebody who has lost in this situation. This could be you. Avoid going through what I JUST EXPERIENCED! I will definitely get the word out on this
