My twins needed guidance on their rejected Turbo Tax and she was willing to help us if they continued to be rejected. Luckily they went through and Vanessa was so kind to reach out and make sure all was okay. Truly meant so much to us cause we knew this time of year is so very hectic on her. Very friendly and professional. They really know all the in's and outs of the tax laws and charge really reasonable fee to do your taxes. My husband and I are extremely happy with them. This was our first year and we plan to continue with them from now on. I highly recommend them.
