Orchard Realty really came through for me! Lisa and Deborah kept me updated and informed throughout the selling process. We worked with Deborah on the purchase of a house in Julian, and it worked out so well that when we decided to sell that house 17 years later we went back to her again. She did an expert at job at pricing the house, and doing all the negotiations. We had moved out of state and she handled everything with zero drama. She did a great job at marketing the house, with excellent photos and promotion, and we closed escrow within 4 weeks of listing, in a fairly slow market. We could not have been more impressed. Highly recommend.

I so appreciate a job well done and wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Allison Petross, whether you’re buying or selling in the Julian area. She is very knowledgeable, took care of all the details and inspections and was great at keeping me informed. I’m 14 hours away and couldn’t have sold the house without her help. I’m very impressed at her professionalism when dealing with a very high conflict, uncooperative occupant. She still managed a job well done despite all the obstacles presented during this time. I’m sure most in her position would not have persevered and I appreciate all she was able to accomplish. She even had a housekeeping crew at the ready to clean the house and make it presentable to the new owners.
