Have been banking with OCCU pretty much my whole life, always happy with the efficiency and customer service in this branch (as well as the Yorba Linda branch). The ATM at this location has a tendency to not take deposits after hours though (has happened to me a handful of times now), which has been really inconvenient to me since I need this money in my account, I hope you guys can get it fixed soon.

Been banking with OCCU for 18 yrs or so.
I've had great service with deposits, withdrawals, CDs, loans, etc. every time.
Today I had my teen open her own account, take out an auto loan (with me). Lee (spelling?) was ahhhmazingly precise, clear, and professional with a joyous, positive, affirming attitude.
My teen said it was the most pleasant experience she ever had in banking.
Cameron, teller, is consistently great.
Leti, manager, Robert (financial advisor), all great to bounce questions and ideas to.
Very good team here. Top notch!
Didn't hurt that the teen earned the $250 Bundle, too.
What a difference from our sub-par experiences with Wells F, Chase, Southland...

I came here to do a simple loan transfer. Jessica, the representative who was assisting my in-laws and I in the process had asserted us that she had left the documents completed for me to come in and sign. However, I came by this past Saturday only to find out she hadn’t started the documentation. Joshua, another representative, assisted us instead since she wasn’t working that day. He investigated what was going on with our process since he was not informed. This small task turned into a long wait. Joshua then had me sign a document and assured me my end of the documentation was completed. I left and 4 days later I receive a notice from my in-laws that they forgot to may a copy of my license. I then had to bring in my license in so they can make a copy. I left AGAIN. Now, they forgot to have me sign 2 documents!! Is this the first time they are doing this process or why is it such a hassle. I shouldn’t be coming this many times because you forgot to have the documents ready and forgot to ask me to sign. This is ridiculous. Joshua informed me about how they give $50 for a Yelp review. Well, that explains the 5 star reviews. He wanted me to switch my current bank to them, no thanks! My bank is more knowledgeable about what they are doing. These two staff members need to be retrained. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

SERIOUSLY BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! This credit union is absolutely AMAZING!! Everyone is super nice. I had the pleasure of working with Joshua. He was knowledgeable, friendly and overall informative. I had no prior experience with a credit union let alone inquiring about a loan. The process was super easy with him and he answered any questions I had. I would recommend this credit union to any and everyone. 10/10 service on top of all the benefits I can’t get from my regular bank
