seung Kang was my service representative and he did an outstanding job! 🙂
this whole week I’ve been coming to refinance my vehicle with him and he was very thorough in the process and the documents i needed ! Seung was able to get me extra services on my car, such as : warranty / gap protection / debt protection, as well as helping to complete my auto loan and managing to save me $8,000 ! I’m extremely grateful 🙂
By far one of the best representatives I have delt with! (although he’s only the first!)
And I’m sure the rest of the representatives are just as great!

I just called customer service to understand about the wire transfer and the customer service guy was awfully rude for no reason. They should be polite if they need the business running.

I've been a member for more tham 10 years, and its been way better than BofA, Chase, wells fargo. Even my kids and other family members became members, I recently fince my can loan with them and it was super great, with a apr of 4 7!!!!!I do want to thank Mrs Najera for all her help and advice. With all this help Ill be a Member for life and continue asking friends and family to become members..
