Opulent and their team are fantastic. I want to commend the excellent service Manjit Nanglu has provided me. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that my demands and queries have been answered & met, whether it has been chasing the developers for answers, pushing their solicitors, or answering emails/texts whilst on holiday and the list truly goes on.

This has been one of the most complex and bizarre purchases I have ever experienced (due to the developer), without Manjit’s help, I am sure this deal would have fallen through at several stages.

Manjit is truly a great asset to Opulent, the attention to detail and customer care shown has been outstanding.

I would also like to note that Ben Lane has been excellent as well, I believe we started this journey sometime back in 2019 with a vague enquiry to another development. Ben took my list of requirements & came back to me at several stages over the coming years with excellent recommendations, what I would like to note was how he never pestered me was always respectful and at each contact point he came with new information and promising updates of developments or advanced opportunities. Again, another great asset to Opulent.

Both Manjit & Ben have my utmost praise & gratitude for helping me complete on this investment.
