Omg this place is the worst. I got a car loan thru them and all they sent me was a one sheet bill that does not give you a due date or an amount due or an account number. If you call the number they say you have to verify the account with the account number and a pin which you don't have. If you go to the website you need the same info. When you finally get thru to a person on the phone they have the wrong phone numbers and emails on file. If you stay the course for two days and keep calling and getting info that doesn't work and looking up locations which turn out to be just an atm and finally get to collections department then you are told you have a late fee that they can't take off and your only option to pay today is to pay by phone for a ten dollar fee. I wanted to give the guy feedback calmly and he said we are just a small credit union. So I guess I pay lots of fees now and get no help. Maybe my bank can take the loan.
