I have had this insurance for about three years. It has been the worst business experience of my life.

I was originally misquoted on workers comp, biz insurance and car insurance in order to get my business. As soon as I switched over I realized they had not matched my previous policies and I was severely under insured. This literally left me stranded in the middle of the desert two years ago at one point.

I've had over four people who were supposed to be my brokers, till finally the owner Nathan took over my account.

After several double billings and increases in my insurance with no explanation, and them switching over my car insurance yet never cancelling my old policy (which got me double billed for three months on that one thing), I switched over everything but my workers comp to AmFam. In the process I was told that providing Loss Runs proving I've been in business a decade with no claims should lower my policy by at least 25%. Omni NEVER requested this information from me which meant I was overpaying the whole time I have been with them.

I informed Nathan of the fact I was cancelling my biz insurance. He told me I needed to sign paperwork. I emailed him three times asking him for this paperwork and never received and answer.

I have just realized this was months ago now since I got an invoice for a $600 auto payment being made for my business in two weeks. On worker's comp... on two employees. I have spent all morning trying to call all their numbers and no one will answer me.

As of right now they owe me over $800, and if they don't cancel this other payment that's scheduled it will be $1300.

This company is horrible and have been given way too many chances. Shame on them for taking advantage of small business owners.

It is now nearly a year later and I'm still dealing with the fallout from them reporting me to State of Nevada because THEY backdated my policy to the wrong date to punish me for leaving a bad review about them on yelp.

Nathan is a true professional. In 30+ agencies and brokers that I've talked to about small business insurance, he was the only one that did any proactive, due diligence before my first conversation with him.

Who even does that anymore? Few. Not only was he willing to help, he wanted my business.

Wow. Shady as hell. Never returns calls. Takes advantage of seniors. I had to drive my uncle to the office to cancel policy. It was empty, kept yelling “hello” in the doors. No one answered. Finally started opening doors. Found the Omni agent hiding in office. Was very surprised we opened the door. He was full of excuses. But it was all BS. Avoid this place please.
