First of all, I am sad that I can't I give 10 stars. From day one working with Sergio was great. He was very responsive to our million questions, which we had many of especially in the beginning of our search. My partner and I worked with Sergio on the purchase of our first home and we don't know what we would have done without him. He was available for all questions and responsive to all of the forms and documents that needed to be signed and submitted. Because of his persistence we were also able to get the winning bid on a highly sought after home, if he hadn't been on it with calling the sellers, we wouldn't be about to move into our new home. He also clearly outlined and explained the many steps in the process while we were in Escrow, he was more responsive than the lender and our Escrow company and basically was the only reason we were able to manage the entire process. If you want someone that is hands on, super reliable and fun as a bonus, I recommend that you go with Sergio as your realtor for your next home purchase.

Long overdue but after searching for around a year for a home, I worked with Sergio for 2-3 weeks, and from the first try, he was able to get my offer accepted, and we closed quickly and favorably, all in the midst of the pandemic. Sergio's main strengths are an extensive knowledge of the market, and knowing what it takes to get an offer accepted, and being very nimble: he is resourceful when it comes to resolving problems, and understands the whys behind the real estate rules, which allows him to understand how to resolve issues. He was able to navigate tough COVID circumstances in the market for me. Overall, he did an amazing job. Additionally, if you are looking into a fixer upper, he is an excellent agent for that. He is so well entrenched into the industry that he can definitely help through that process through his connections and know how. Sergio is also super personable and very importantly, will not endlessly narrate things just to make a sale, he provided the right balance of super informational advice. I would recommend Sergio for anyone who is facing difficulty in finding a home for the right price, and anyone who is apprehensive because of the complexity of the home purchasing process.
