For the last 25 years, we have had the pleasure of Mr. Terry Olson taking care of all of what our business required over the years and of course, our yearly taxes, and it has always been a wonderful treat each year, he blessed us with his joyful smile, even when it was bad news! 😀 And with his protege taking over where he had to leave off, we will continue our business with his professional, and more than qualified, descendants!! Went in early this year to have my taxes done (I had never used them before). I paid to have them done by a professional bc I knew I was going to owe money this time due to a divorce and various financial changes. They told me the amount I owed and I sent my payment to the IRS timely. Then a few weeks ago I got a bill from the IRS for more money. I was so confused so I’m emailed this company to get an explanation . They responded with an extremely short email and no explanation that made any sense. Simply saying that I did in fact owe the money for fees…….. completely inaccurate since I paid the amount I was told I owed way back in April. This additional amount was clearly bc this company messed up on my taxes and didn’t give me the correct amount I owed in the first place.

Out of all of the insurance companies that have wasted so much of my time and have done nothing. Olson insurance got my business taken care of. Very professional, returned my calls, and answered all my questions. They were recommended to me and I am extremely happy and are highly recommended.

People should be warned about this place. Very small company that’s having a lot of issues keeping employees. It’s a scam!! Every time I call I have to speak with someone new. Terrible customer service. Saved money by going with State Farm.
