This is the third property we’ve purchased, and Julie was far away the best agent we’ve ever worked with. Saying she went above and beyond is an understatement. She did all the basics - met us for tours on our schedule, sent us disclosures for places we were interested in, gave expert advice on offer amount based on comps. But then the above and beyond! She had an eye for all the things to look out for at a property, noticing flaws in a remodel that would end up costing a fortune to fix, managing interfacing with inspectors when the sellers agent was unresponsive, and connecting us with contractors to help us assess the work we’d want to do before making an offer. The sellers agent seemed to have limited experience and knowledge, Julie ended up taking on some of her responsibilities and was persistent in ensuring a timely close. If only we had an agent like this when we bought our first place!
