We want to thank you for your service. The driver was so kind and caring and treated us so well. He took our car to our house without us being able to meet him there as we had to wait for a ride. He placed our car in our driveway when he could have just dropped it off in our field by our house. My father drove tow trucks at one time and I can imagine that this is how would have treated people. He was a wonderful man. You gave one working for you.

Had a tow scheduled through USAA insurance. Company said 2-2.5 hours. They waited until a few minutes before their estimated arrival cut off to cancel the tow. Waited over 2 hours for nothing. Super classy company.

Left us hanging! Listen i know dealing with roadside assistance and insurance isn't ideal for a towing company and our insurance did not originally submit the written request details he verbally agreed to on our tow. But we had a verbal agreement that they would tow our vehicle of the side of a busy highway when the day cooled off and their flat bed was back from the Bay Area. We waited until 10pm and still had nothing on an ETA so when we called the company regarding the tow, they had no written information and he explained his side of the business and how it works with a very annoyed tone "what am I supposed to do drive up and down the highway in the middle of the night to try and find the vehicle". I understood the circumstances and was frustrated with my insurance and having to call them for a third time, I kindly thanked the man on the phone even though he wasn't the friendliest. Yes it was late at night now but at 6pm and 106 degrees out when we broke down we knew it was too hot for most tow companies so we waited the 2.5 plus hours that Old School said they needed to tow. Old School did say at the end of the call "I could tow it directly for you if you paid me directly" I said that might have to be an option but I was going to call my insurance again and that we would be in touch shortly. Well 5 mins later my insurance submitted a digital request to Old School and they IMMEDIATELY DENIED the request. This company did not want the job to begin with, they are dishonest, unreliable, and couldn't care less about someone unless they pay cash direct. I would give negative stars if I could to both his company and my insurance for this experience. Over 6 hours to find a tow and zero communication from anyone and immediately denial when promised otherwise!
