Even though this is a flat rate MLS listing service Joan spoke with me on the phone on multiple occasions, gave me great advice and even called on a Sunday morning to answer a question I sent via email. Initially I was a little intimidated by the paperwork to complete, my recommendation is to do it. 100% worth it. I have used flat rate MLS listing services before and would not have expected this level of service.
