The agent that helped me through the process was kind and professional. She was personable and seemed to genuinely care about walking me through the steps and process. Jacky a member contact center rep 11 did an exemplary job in helping us to resolved a problem we’re having on my husband account. Jacky did not stopped working on the problem until it’s done. We have been dealing with this problem for two days and some reps promised to call us back, but never did. I could not be more impressed! Lost my card, turned my house and my life upside down with no success! Decided to run down to the bank, walked up to the teller in 3 steps, canceled my card, reviewed my charges, and then requested and received a new card in 10 minutes! So impressed with the service and responsiveness! Customer for life!
