Unfortunately this company represented an insurance company that billed us, cashed an almost $2k check for 6 month homeowners policy knowing they wouldn’t serve the policy due to bankruptcy. This was 4 months ago and this office has done zero follow up with the state to get status of our refund from this bankruptcy, however insisted they weren’t responsible since it’s our policy…they only sold it to us. Then proceeded to collect on a new policy from us to stay insured while waiting for our refund. Several follow ups to this office made with zero assistance in this matter.
