Working with Marissa and her team is an amazing experience. They are polite and professional and most importantly get results fast! After hiring two very sub-par property management companies to lease our luxury high-rise condo – a complete waste of time- I reached out to Marissa. She had our unit rented within less than a month! She not only excels at luxury branding, she understands the nuances of downtown Las Vegas and it’s unique clientele.
Marissa was actually the broker who found our long-term tenant several years ago. She let me know she now has her own company NV Broker and Associates and is working under her married name.
Running your own business is not for the faint of heart, especially with 2 young children at home. A smart and savvy business woman, Marissa has put together a great team that includes Rebeka. Both women were instrumental in on boarding our new tenant, making it a seamless transition for all of us. We can’t thank them enough.

Marissa always helps me find the best rentals! She is a wonderful person and so willing to help.
