Sunny Calhoun is THE ABSOLUTE BEST.

I can’t tell you all enough how great she is.
Sunny went above and beyond my needs in selling my home. She is so polite, thorough, and extremely detailed in every aspect of her job.

She is a sweet human being, but gets it done when it comes time to handle business.

10/10 recommend her services. If I still lived in the area she would be the ONLY agent I would ever use for my real estate needs.

Me and my aunt went with north group realty to sell our previous home and buy a new one. Our realtor, Lindy Blanchard, was the worst realtor we've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She was uncomunicative, incompetent, and we felt like she did not have our best interests at heart.

At times it felt like she had the buyers interest more in her heart, then ours. She did not properly explain, nor was she forthcoming with relevant information that could have helped us make better informed decisions. We felt like she did not fight for us on our behalf on either front of buying or selling.

She did not make us aware of scheduling conflicts, on her part, prior to taking us on as clients. We learned from a third party of said conflict after a week of very limited communication.

And to top it all off there were times, especially in the beginning, where we felt like she was more interested in SELLING our home than helping us find a new one. We were on a tight deadline and she constantly disregarded our criteria for a new home. Choosing instead to send us project/fixer-upper homes rather than the ready to live in homes we requested to see.

She did not have our best interest at heart, there were times it felt like she was only in it for the commission and not her client, and she is without a doubt the worst realtor we have ever met.

Please, go elsewhere for your realty needs.

Absolutely loved working with Sophie.

Excellent knowledge and experience gets you a long way in this housing market and its exactly what she offered throughout the process.
Juggling with a long distance move to a new unknown city (Toronto), Sophie was able to guide me through understanding which neighbourhood to prioritize, what to look for in terms of building quality and how to approach negotiations with the seller.
It really made the whole process of finding a new place to call home smooth and efficient.
