SUPERB, local Credit Union with people who treat you like family! Been banking with these wonderful people for 28 years and they have always been professional, courteous and kind. If there is ever an issue, Tracie is there to make it right. The Loan Officers are also very responsive and always return calls promptly and go the extra mile to take care of their customers.

Give them a try and you won't be disappointed! We are thankful for them all (Cathy, Robyn, Tracie, Tonya, Juanita, Anita, Ashley, Rex, Melanie and Brianna at the main branch, and my favorite is Miss Rose at SJAFB branch, who has been so helpful and kind over the years). Hope we didn't forget anyone, and just know that the folks at this small local credit union will treat you like family.

I never had a problem that the Staff did not solve. Several years ago someone used my debit card and SJCFCU called me around 6:30 am informing me to immediately come in because of the breach. They immediately placed the complete of money taken out of my account back in. They immediately froze my account. They were great. No credit card company would had assist me like this.
