When it came time to sell our house we had know idea what to do. We had been in our house for 37 years. We had never sold a house before. Who do you call? Who can you trust? A friend of ours recommended Norma and she was a Godsend. We knew nothing about staging an house to sell. Every detail, from what color to paint the walls, to what items to remove to make the rooms look larger, even supplying labels for our boxes. She also had a realtor for us in Florida! Norma is a one-stop shop! She made what would have been a very stressful time for us go as smooth as possible. We are both seniors and Norma made this transition from Illinois to Florida a great experience. We know we would not have gotten the same personal care with another realtor. Norma is simply the best. Norma was the sellers agent but was also able to be impartial to serve as my agent. I was lucky to be the accepted bid and Norma was able to facilitate between all parties. She was easy to work with and we were able to complete the entire deal in 30 days. Only good things to say about the entire process. Almost makes me want to purchase another house with her. Lol 😆 🤣

Norma was an absolute joy to work with! She always worked hard and gave us as many options as possible when trying to find our new home. Even when our first offer fell through due to a seller issue, she never gave up and worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. Norma was extremely considerate of our needs. She didn’t steer us to the high end of our budget but instead to homes that suited our needs. Norma works day and night. She was flexible on days and times. A house went on the market at 5 pm. At the drop of a hat Norma made an appointment to show us the house at 6 pm the same night. Norma made transitioning to the house seamless. We got into our house two weeks ago and Norma is still checking in to see if we are doing okay in the new home. Norma is very nice, hardworking, and trustworthy. I would recommend her to anyone.

Totally unhappy with the lawyer she brought to the table and the home inspector did not do a thorough job and doubted his own work when it came time to vouch for it.

Norma herself did not guide us through the process in a satisfactory manner during the negotiation process as well as the walkthrough.

If you want an agent who is going to fight for everything the other party wants just to make a sale then she is a good choice. Do not expect an expert who knows the market and explains real estate proceedings.

Norma was awesome throughout the whole selling process, she assured us we would be able to sell our home without any delays. She did all the market research and listed our home within in the right price range. Most importantly, she helped us get the home selling ready. Meaning helping us strategically place furniture properly, pictures placed right, removal of items we thought were needed. Like we knew what we were doing! Haha. Norma listed our house in her trusted realtors network and we had 10 showings in the next 3 weeks after it was listed.

She even brought many of her items in to make the home more appealing, recommended some minor updates to get the home ready to show. The pictures taken were awesome and the home showed great!

Norma guided us through the whole process, was in constant communication as to where we were at especially when we got offers for the home. We got a great asking price and we could not have sold our home from the start of listing to closing in 2 mos!! It may have been less.

The hard part was getting all the moving coordinated and then leaving the home we were in for 27 yrs. thanks to Norma we were able to get all of this done and while she reassured us along the way she always had all the answers to our questions. We could not have been able to get this done without her. Love her work ethic and drive to get it done!!! Plus a benefit, she is truly a great person and friend.
