Nora and Associates Real Estate helped us tremendously. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with them. Ten years ago when we were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Roseanne’s team but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on, really helped to take the pressure off of us. Recently we sold our house and we were very satisfied with the outcome.

Today my wife, and I went into Nora's Realty to gather some information in hopes of helping some of our new employees find a place to live in the Madera area. We initially spoke with Sally on the phone and told her that we would come by to speak with her, and gather the info necessary for our employees to apply.

Upon arriving we were met by Rosanna, who quickly informed us that she was the owner and told us that we needed 3 times the amount of the rent on the places that they offer for rent, and that she does not like for tenants to struggle with the rent. Rosanna spoke, and looked at us if not only could we not possibly own a business, but also as if we were beneath her and wasting her time asking questions. She was even polite enough in her best snooty tone to tell us that we should take a look at the low income places for our employees.

Yes, we were dressed in shorts, and t-shirts it's 90 plus degrees out today, and yes we are African American. This is still no reason to treat people indifferently, or as if they are wasting your time. You never know who your going to meet, and what they can offer to you.

My wife, and I own a very lucrative and well known business here in the Central Valley and will have several employees moving to this area in the next few months. We could possibly be up to about 8 different employees who would be looking for apartments, or housing in this area throughout the summer. I can guarantee you we will not be looking at Nora & Associates Realty.

I was a customer of Nora and associates for about 3 years. I had a very difficult time with this company the most difficult thing was trying to get my deposits from them. Anytime I had a concern or something break in my home it took a very long time for them to send someone out. The homes we had moved into were not clean before we moved in but when you move out they sure put a large sum for cleaning which I don't understand. All in all I give this company a 0 and do not recommend them.
