Nolan is absolutely amazing at his job. He is so patient and really listened to what we wanted and helped us every step of the way. We were first time home buyers so did not know how the process worked but he was there to guide us and answer any and every question we had (believe me we had a ton of questions). Nolan was fantastic to work with. He helped me purchase land in Cleveland County and made the entire process smooth and easy. He was always quick to respond and answered every question we had. He’s very knowledgeable, but without the know-it-all attitude, which I really appreciated.

I initially met Nolan while selling a different property some time ago. He was polite, helpful, and never pushy (which is rare with most realtors). Although I didn’t hire him to sell that property—or any realtor for that matter—I liked him so much that I shared some details about what we hoped to buy in the future.

Over the next year, Nolan emailed me multiple properties that met our criteria. He was always available for showings, often the same day or the next. Throughout the process, he was patient and never rushed us. We spent a lot of time walking the land and discussing options, and Nolan made suggestions but always respected our comfort level. He asked questions to understand what we needed. If we weren’t feeling a property or if it ended up being out of our budget after offers were submitted, he was always understanding and respectful, saying, "I get it, no problem, we’ll move at your pace."

I contacted Nolan to see a house that Coldwell Banker Carver Pressley, Realtors had listed. When he and I met to tour the house, I knew right away that it was not one I was interested in. Nolan took the time to talk with me about what I was actually looking for and the areas I wanted to be. He consistently looked for properties that met my requirements and would send me updates as new listings became available.

We eventually found a home that I liked, but it went under contract the morning after our showing, before I got my offer in. Nolan shared our interest with the builder and discovered they had the same floorplan, under construction, that was about 60% complete. He scheduled a showing and we liked the lot and location even better than the first home. Nolan was instrumental in helping us get it under contract, working with the builder's realtor, recommending a home inspector and communicating with my mortgage company and closing attorney to keep everything on schedule. We're extremely satisfied with the attention and service that Nolan provided.
