We were in a bind to get new landlord insurance on our rental property. Tenants were moving in in 5 days and our current insurance company (who, at the time, was providing homeowners insurance for us) would not insure the property unless we hired a third party to official serve as the property manager. Quotes I found online were significantly more than what we had been paying.

I ended up calling Noble Insurance off a Google search and received a call back in an hour and quote within one day. The insurance coverage we bought was more generous (+ provided the necessary landlord provisions, which were also pretty generous) than our current policy and was $200 cheaper / year. It was a huge relief and win.

I would absolutely recommend going with Noble. I find these agencies have better connections with insurance companies and can find deals you cannot get on your own (I.e. by calling State farm or Allstate directly). If I had other properties in Arkansas I would no question call Noble to insure those, too.

Just a recommendation for all homeowners - look up the insurance company you ended up signing with on reddit and elsewhere to understand more about their customer service / claims process. In the unfortunate event you DO need to file a claim you want to go in "eyes wide open".
