The clerk by the name of Maria at the Ashlan & Blythe location gave me a very, very poor experience with opening a new account! I would assume considering that I am a new member who is opening a new account & depositing a very large check, that I would recieve a warm welcoming or the clerk would be excited for me? But that was not the case. This clerk did not smile AT ALL & had a very, very poor attitude? She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills! I would not recommend ANYONE to this clerk because of such a poor experience! I honestly almost was going to leave & go to a different bank because of this clerk. I would give her Zero stars if I could! & if she does treat other people better than me? Then that is more concerning because everyone should be treated the same, despite race or gender! She shouldn't even be working as a clerk! She should be more of a janitor !

Worked with teller Jacqueline A. at the Shaw location in Fresno. She educated, encouraged & assisted me on the loan process. She is an asset at Noble & will be the reason I no longer get anxious when needing to speak with someone at the bank. Great job Jacky!
