Overcharged for simple single person income tax filing, came up with a random number, didn’t check my bank statements as I make cash. The IRS flagged me, did not return my tax refund as they want proof of income (ex. bank statements). I called him to try to fix this situation. Made an appointment, rushed after work only to find the office closed and no one answering my calls/texts. It’s been over a year and this problem is still lingering, I had to file an extension this year to try to run around like a maniac trying to figure out how to fix this, mind you I’m not an accountant that’s why I hired Mr. Javier in the first place. Please save your money, time and save yourself the stress and headache. We all make mistakes yes, but ignoring the client so you don’t have to fix it is not fair.
