Nicole and Natasha are an amazing team! We recently had 2 real estate transactions with them. One was problematic given the buyer’s lender. After 3 attempts at closing, Nicole demanded the lender reimburse us for all costs related to the delay. As we were not living there, when the electric utility transfer was not timely instigated by the buyer, Natasha went to our house to clean up the mess from all the melted ice from the icemaker.
