Simply put, Nicole was amazing. The home buying process is stressful, but Nicole made it all seamless and enjoyable. She kept me up to date when new properties came on the market, and was willing to work with my busy schedule. Having her walk me through the offer, negotiation and closing processes was invaluable. I don't know what I would have done without her. Choosing Nicole to help me buy my new home was the best decision I made!

Nicole went above and beyond to help us sell our former home and purchase our new home. She has a unique ability to guide you through the process to reduce stress as much as possible. She is observant of her buyers’ wants and listens for the details to ensure the buyer gets the house they are looking for. Unbeknownst to us, there was an issue with the buyer of our home the day before closing. She went to our home and corrected the problem to reduce our stress. We were made known of the issue after she had fixed it to ensure closing would go through as planned. We could not have asked for a better agent. We highly recommend Nicole as a professional realtor. She has a passion for helping her clients reach their real estate goals, and she will spend time helping you as if you are a close friend.

It was a great experience working with Nicole. I had unique requests in what I wanted in buying a home, and although it was more difficult to find properties that met my expectations, Nicole went above and beyond to help me find a home that I love! We faced several unforseen obstacles in order to close with my lender. This was my first time buying a home and was clueless about the home buying process. Nicole kept me informed about my options through the entire experience, and although many times I chose the most difficult option, she knew that I loved the home and done everything she could and we were able to close on the property! She has even stayed in touch after closing to check in. She was very professional but also very personable, which I appreciated, and made me feel more at ease during the home buying process.
